Julia is one of those successful women beauty professionals who have carved their own niche and excelled in their area of work. Many would like to know how she climbed up the ladder to success to become a name to reckon with in the field of microblading. “Sucess doesn’t come easy, and one has to work really hard and give in their best to achieve it,” says Julia. Her creative instincts gave way for her transforming many sore to the eyes objects into beauties you would never fail to notice. Her work was recognized nationally boosting her confidence to give in her best in whatever she created. She moved from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo, to complete her graduation from the European Institute of Design (IED-SP) with a degree in fashion. All came to a standstill when her pregnancy thwarted her career plans in between and she had to move to the United States to live with her parents, leaving behind her many achievements back. She was back to square one, but was positive about things moving in the right direction, and that kept her going.
Wanting to rebuild her life, she started searching for career options in the fashion and beauty realm and came across a course in Microblading, which was a new eyebrow technique. “After hours of training and practicing, attending conferences, fairs, and advanced courses, I finally mastered the craft and was ready to step in as a professional, says Julia. In 2016, she joined the Microblading LA team and worked with them for three years. Her work started getting recognized and her appointment diary would be full for the next 6-8 months making her the most sought after professionals in the field of Microblading. She also trained students in VIP Microblading courses, simultaneously assisting her contemporaries and students throughout the training period.
Then came the big move when she introduced the new free-hand technique called the Faria Brow Technique. The procedure doesn’t involve a specific pattern, but is done according to individual face and brow shape of each client. It has been successfully applied on many celebrities and well known names like Bella Thorne, Christian Serratos, Sonequa Martin-Green, Kathy Griffin, Lindsay Godfrey, Camryn Grimes, Matt Sarafa, Petra Eccelstone, Anna Akana, and many more, making it one of the most popular techniques in the world of beauty. Julia’s work has even been featured in Vogue, Hello, Elle Australia, Teen Vogue, Good Morning America, Bravo TV, and Bustle, making her famous on a global platform.
