Her new Netflix film, Good on Paper, which she wrote, produced, and starred in, focuses on a woman (Schlesinger) who goes out with an almost “perfect” man, only to discover that he has lied for everything. “I took everything the antagonists said in this film from my real life,” Schlesinger said of Glamor. “My inspiration is to date a true sociopath.”

“And here’s my answer: This person didn’t lie about the things we wanted to flag. We were friends before we left, and he didn’t say anything very flashy like, “Oh, I have a fleet of white horses.” That’s very normal. But I made an entertaining movie out of that horrible experience! ” To focus on the fun, we asked Eliza Schlesinger to tell us about her favorite things in life, from snacks to T-shirts.
